Which Fruits & Vegetables you should ALWAYS buy organic
47Making sure we are feeding ourselves and our families the best quality of food, is crucial nowadays. Through out these past couple of years I have learned about the importance of healthy eating, and making sure I am making the right choices, especially when it comes to my weekly shopping trips.
I admit that I don't shop at my regular supermarket, I have taken my health and fitness into such consideration that I made the choice to shop at a Whole Foods or a Trader Joe's. Now even though both of those markets are a bit more pricy than other supermarkets, I feel that spending the extra dollar or two is totally worth it. The food tastes so much better too!
I have made some research and have found an awesome list that I always use. This helpful guide tells us which non-organic fruits and veggies we should be watching out for. Unfortunately most of the produce are infested with insecticides and fungicides, and it is also not good for the environment. The harsh chemicals disturb the soil, water and wildlife. Non-organic fruits and vegetables can withstand and hold all these different kinds of pesticides even after washing, as tested by the USDA.

A detailed and extensive list - thank you. I should make a list to carry in my purse! I have seen lists like this before, but I have a hard time remembering what is on which list when I am at the store buying!
